Biocompatibility
The mitt is a custom made HDPE mitt. Biocompatibility testing for cytotoxicity, skin sensitization and irritation was performed by Nelson Laboratories. The AVACEN Sanitary Mitt passed all 3 tests.

One mitt should last a single user 2-3 months under normal twice daily use. A package of 25 mitts should last one user at least 4 years or 2 years for two users. Mitts should only be reused by the same person.
